CTET 2021 revised exam dates have been announced now by CBSE. The CTET exam which was scheduled to be held on 5th July 2020 will now be held on 31st January 2021 (SUNDAY). The exam dates of CTET 2021 mentions all important dates related to the application form, admit card, exam, result, etc. As per CTET exam dates 2021, candidates might fill the application form.

Candidates should go through CTET Exam dates so that they do not miss any important exam related event. CTET is conducted for two papers – I and II whereby paper I is for candidates who want to become teachers in classes one to five whereas paper II is for those that want to become teachers for classes six to eight.

Candidates who can qualify for CTET are going to be issued Tet Eligibility Certificate. CTET qualified candidates are going to be eligible to apply for jobs in colleges beneath Central Government schools like Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), Tibetan school, etc and schools beneath the administrative control of UTs and unaided private schools. NOTE: The candidates shall report at the Examination Centre 90 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Candidate report at the examination center after 9:30 AM shall not be allowed to sit in Paper-I and candidate report after 2:00 PM shall not be allowed to sit in Paper-II.

CTET Selection Process:

The candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their performance within the written exam and so as to qualify for the written exam, candidates ought to score a minimum of 60% or above.
Persons belonging to SC/ST, OBC, differently-abled persons, etc. might get concessions from some schools as per their reservation policy.
Once the candidates clear the CTET examination, they’ll apply to schools for the relevant teacher posts and undergo the selection procedure for appointment.
The candidates who clear the CTET 2021 are going to be issued certificates, which may remain valid for appointment seven years from the date of announcement of the result.
Once the certificate is received, candidates can apply in private and central govt. colleges as and when there’s an announcement of vacancies.
