IPU CET 2021 Application Form:
Here, we’ve given details regarding IPU CET application form. Check carefully and follow them to fill the form.
Candidates are going to be able to fill the IPU CET 2021 application form through online mode.
There will be two forms, one for the personal/general information and another one for the course and payment related details.
The candidates need to fill their general information for proceeding towards the course selection and payment section on the second form.
Candidates even have to upload the scanned passport-sized color photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression.
After the final submission of the application form, candidates won’t be able to modify/correct the mistakes within the form.
Candidates can take the printout of the final submitted application form and keep it till the admission process gets over.
Candidates can make payment through online mode only. they will pay the applying fee through debit/credit card or net banking method.
For all category candidates, the fee is going to be Rs.1000 for every program.
IPU CET 2021 Eligibility Criteria:
Before filling-up the application form, the candidate should make sure that he/she fulfills all eligibility conditions as laid down during this information brochure.
A candidate should be an Indian citizen.
For UG courses, the minimum age limit is going to be 18 years and the maximum age limit is going to be 21 years.
For PG courses, the minimum age limit is going to be 21 years and maximum age limit are going to be 35 years.
For Bachelor of Vocation, applying candidates shouldn’t be more than 45 years aged.
For B.Tech (Biotechnology):
Applying candidates should have passed in 12th with a minimum of 55% marks secured in PCM with biology/bio-technology in each subject also as in English.
For M.Tech (Tool Engineering):
The candidates must be passed with 60% marks in B.Tech/ B.E in tool engineering/ Mechanical/ Mechanical and Automation / Production/ Production and industrial engineering or it is equivalent.
For MBA Programme:
Candidate must have done Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology or any other discipline OR
Must have passed the final exam of ICSI / ICWAI / ICAI.
Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks within the qualifying exams
IPU CET 2021 Exam Pattern:

Exam Mode: IPU CET is going to be conducted in April-May 2021 through offline mode.
Language: The exam is going to be asked in English.
Time Duration: 150 minutes are going to be given for B.Tech and three hours for other courses.
Total Marks: The test paper is going to be of a total of 600 marks.
Type of Questions: Questions are going to be asked objective type.
Number of Questions: A total of 150 questions are going to be there within the B.Tech paper.
Marking Scheme: 4 marks are going to be given for each correct answer. 1 mark is going to be deducted for each incorrect answer
IPU CET 2021 Syllabus:
The IPU CET syllabus will be varied as per the programs. For UG courses, the syllabus is going to be from the 12th level, and for PG courses, the syllabus is going to be from graduate-level topics.
Candidates can check the syllabus for a few courses:
For B.Tech (Biotechnology) Programme: The syllabus will contain various topics from the themes of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology (Botany and Zoology) of 12th standard.
For MBA Programme:
The Syllabus will contain topics from – English & Comprehension, Numerical Ability, General Awareness and Reasoning ability including data interpretation.
IPU CET 2021 Preparation Tips:

- Solve the web or offline mock test to attain good marks and to remember with the exam pattern.
- Candidates must undergo the entire exam pattern and syllabus.
- Must solve the previous year question papers.
- Make a correct study schedule and follow it on a daily basis.
- Eat healthy food and maintain your health to remain fit.
IPU CET 2021 Admit Card:
The IPU CET admit cards shall be made available through the online mode only. The candidates must keep the details of their login id and also the password secure and safe to urge the admit card.
The admit card is going to be released on different dates for various courses. Candidates should carefully note the exam details within the admit card. Candidates need to carry they are admitted card together with one photo Id proof on the day of the exam.
Without a valid admit card, no student is going to be allowed to enter within the examination hall.
IPU CET 2021 Result:
The result is going to be declared by the University after a few days of the completion of the entrance exam. The University will declare and display the ranks of only those candidates who are declared as qualified within the CET-2021.
No separate intimation is going to be sent to the candidates regarding the declaration of results and commencement of counseling.
IPU CET 2021 Cut off:
The University will prepare IPU CET cut off marks on the basis of varied factors like difficulty level of the test, marking scheme, number of seats, the total number of candidates appeared, etc.
On the basis of cut off marks, the merit list prepared. The CET merit list is going to be valid just for the program that the candidate has appeared. Further, the merit of the CET shall be valid just for the academic session.
The cut off is going to be released for All India level, Delhi and outside Delhi candidates. Candidates must secure marks within the test as per the cut off marks prescribed to urge selected for counseling.
IPU CET 2021 Counselling:
Only CET qualified candidates are going to be considered for admission, through the University counseling subject to fulfillment of eligibility and admission criteria. The detailed schedule of the first counseling is going to be notified before the commencement of respective counseling.
Tentative dates of commencement of first and second counseling shall be notified on or before the last week of March of the admission year.
The candidates are going to be called for counseling depending upon the number of seats available in each program. The admissions are going to be made strictly in order of merit.
