ODISHA DET 2021 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualifying Exam: Candidate should have passed his/her HSC or tenth level exam or equivalent organized by BSE.
Qualifying Subjects: Candidate should have passed his/her HSC or tenth level exam with mathematics, Science, and English subjects.
Qualifying Marks: Candidate should have passed the qualifying exam with a minimum of thirty-fifth marks in aggregate and 30% in every qualifying subject.
Age Criteria: For the candidates applying for diploma engineering courses (Except Mining and Drilling), the age should not be but fourteen years. For the engineering diploma program (Mining and Drilling), the lower age is sixteen years.

Diploma in Pharmacy:

Qualifying Exam: Candidate should have passed his/her 10+2 level exam or equivalent from CHSE, Odisha.
Qualifying Subjects: Applying candidate should have passed his/her 10+2 exam with Mathematics/Biology, Chemistry, and Physics subjects approved by PCI.
Qualifying Marks: Candidate should have passed the qualifying exam with a minimum of thirty-fifth marks combination and 30% in every qualifying subject.

Diploma in Engineering (Lateral Entry):

Qualifying Exam: Candidate should have passed his/her 10+2 level from Science stream/10+2 vocational in any Eng. Trades/2 years ITI in Eng. Trade/Pass in HSC exam in COE Trade conducted by BSE Odisha/10th standard exam approved equivalent by BSE Odisha.
Qualifying Marks: The candidate should have secured a minimum of 30% marks in every subject within the qualifying exam.
Age Criteria: Applying the candidate’s age mustn’t be less than fourteen years.

Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology:

Qualifying Exam: Candidate ought to be passed in 10+2 level exam or its equivalent with Arts/Science/Commerce stream from CHSE, Odisha.
Qualifying Marks: Applying candidate should have his/her qualifying exam with a minimum aggregate of thirty-fifth marks and 30% marks in every one of the qualifying subjects.
Age Criteria: Candidate applying for admission should not be less than sixteen years of age.
